Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jay Annpurnama Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Hire food service staff and establish work schedules.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced food service environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
