About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at Align Orthodontics Edmonton. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients
  • Assist the orthodontist with various procedures, including hygiene treatment and instrument preparation
  • Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) with a successful completion of the NDAEB exam
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Great time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred, but not required
  • An Orthodontic Module is required
