About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales, Artistry, and Education Executive to join our team in key cities across the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, education, and artistry, with a strong background in the cosmetics industry. This role will focus on driving retail sales, developing in-store partnerships, and increasing brand awareness through in-store visits, events, and training.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Meet sales targets in designated territories
  2. Develop and manage in-store partnerships to drive sales and brand awareness
  3. Prioritize key shopping moments and work closely with store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  4. Reinforce artistry techniques and product knowledge to strengthen the brand's artistry heritage
  5. Execute weekly events and surpass monthly event objectives
  6. Manage secondary and travel markets to drive sales and growth
  7. Lead a larger territory with a robust freelance team, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  8. Develop and nurture retailer relationships to drive business growth and loyalty
  9. Increase product revenue volume in key categories
  10. Lead by example in all aspects of the business, including sales, training, and artistry
  11. Recruit, hire, and train freelance team members to support sales and events
  12. Plan, manage, and participate in special events and trainings to drive brand awareness and sales
  13. Provide consumer insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions
  14. Manage store fixture updates and replacements in partnership with store operations teams
  15. Execute retailer programs and promotions to drive sales and growth
  16. Adhere to budget guidelines and manage expenses effectively
  17. Manage and approve freelance support scheduling to ensure seamless execution of events and sales initiatives
  18. Some travel required within designated territories to support sales and events
