Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Cosmetic World is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop communication strategies to engage with our target audience
  • Prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other marketing materials
  • Gather and research communications materials to support marketing campaigns
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our brand's messaging
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Maintain and manage our digital database to track customer interactions and preferences
  • Write compelling copy to promote our brand and products
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Drive, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
