At Cosmetic World, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and materials
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and maintain our digital presence, including social media and website content
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and software
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
