Our Parking Regulation Officers are tasked with upholding parking policies on designated properties.We are currently seeking candidates for a PART TIME role.
Work Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday: 07:00 am to 3:00 pm each week
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols and generate detailed reports regarding all incidents. Enforce parking policies by monitoring assigned areas, issuing warnings and/or violation notices in line with enforcement guidelines, and guiding parkers to suitable parking zones. Deliver outstanding customer service, representing the parking division effectively. Communicate various parking services clearly and assist parkers as needed. Perform vacant stall counts at different times to assess traffic flow and identify opportunities for service enhancement. Collect parking fees from automated payment systems. Maintain and replenish change and paper supplies in automated payment equipment and clean solar panels as necessary. Carry out minor maintenance on equipment as required. Report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate services for technical resolution. During patrols, identify infrastructure repair needs, parking lot hazards, and incidents, reporting them promptly. Provide escort services for staff to the cash reconciliation center at the end of shifts. Respond to and communicate via radio regarding parking violations and complaints. Job Requirements:
A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Standard Level C First Aid training is advantageous. Proficiency in English is required for understanding regulations and composing clear reports. Ability to make swift decisions in emergency situations with minimal oversight. Physically capable of walking extensive distances throughout the day. Capacity to manage confidential information with discretion. Previous experience in parking enforcement is a plus but not mandatory.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Certification Requirements:
Valid Class 5 License.
