Job Summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with ADP.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve talent acquisition strategies and create a positive employee experience.
  • Work closely with executives to drive business outcomes and support organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on ESA and WSIB regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Attend local events to build relationships and stay connected with the community.
  • Handle terminations and other employee-related matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Strong recruiting skills and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
