Account Service Representative

The Opportunity:
We are a leading provider of dealership management systems, serving the North American retail automotive industry for over 30 years. Our software platform is used by hundreds of dealerships, and we are seeking a skilled Account Service Representative to join our team.
The Role:
The Account Service Representative will provide completion assistance and follow-up verification for our Account Services, Relationship Management, and Consulting teams. This role involves working closely with our customers to deliver a quick response to their concerns and ensuring successful completion of customer requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and follow up on customer requests to ensure successful completion
- Maintain customer concern spreadsheets for individual accounts to facilitate follow-up between customers and our Relationship Management teams
- Assist the Consulting team with software setups, training, and preparation as required
- Assist with process improvement: Identify, document, and streamline existing internal procedures
- Assist with various investigation/discovery project work as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Excellent MS Excel skills required
- MS Word experience is an asset
- PBS / DMS Software experience an asset
- Previous experience with administrative tasks in an office setting preferred
- Dealership experience an asset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to keep up to date with evolving technology
