Position Overview

The role of the **Computer Systems Manager** involves overseeing the operational aspects of information systems within the organization. This position is crucial for ensuring that technology resources are utilized effectively and align with the business objectives.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a College or CEGEP program is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to information systems.
  • Authorize the creation of specifications for various products and services.
  • Engage with clients to ascertain system requirements, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review projects and programs to ensure successful execution.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operational activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position includes the supervision of a team comprising **3 to 4 individuals**.

Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in **computer programming** and **data analysis**.
  • Knowledgeable in **desktop applications** and **network security**.
  • Experienced in **networking software** and **web service design**.
  • Familiar with **computer-assisted records management systems** and **information management systems**.
Work Experience

Applicants should possess **2 to 3 years** of relevant experience in a management capacity.
