Role Overview

The Data Management Associate will operate under general supervision, tasked with entering alphanumeric data from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and telephonic communications into the Access database.
Position Type
This is a contractual role lasting for a period of six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, index, and scan all physical records in accordance with specific client instructions.
- Verify data from completed forms and client documents for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the online database.
- Complete all assigned data entry tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all assigned documents are reviewed, adhering to established protocols during data entry.
- Meet specific job standards and production rates for data entry tasks.
- Provide guidance or assistance to users regarding data requirements and the status of documentation.
- Organize and file paperwork as necessary.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant business experience is required.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry and scanning software is advantageous.
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and understand the significance of detail.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow effectively.
- Physical capability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
