Job Title: Data Management Team Lead

As a key member of the Global Data and Analytics Center of Excellence, the Data Management Team Lead will provide consulting and support services for Global Analytics products used by Martin Brower's customers and internal staff across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to uphold governance of current Global Analytics products.
  • Create and define new Global Analytics solutions or products, and support their implementation across all markets.
  • Lead product governance practices for Global Analytics products, ensuring standardized tools are used for decision-making and management of product standards.
  • Lead Global Analytics product implementations to support existing or new business requirements.
  • Produce functional specification documents for data interfaces, author test cases, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Consult with Services Delivery Team and market Business Partners to ensure resources, demands, and technologies are aligned with business needs.
  • Work with Senior Management to create and socialize product plans and roadmaps.
  • Partner with key vendors to provide clear direction and specification to product development programs.
  • Maintain application services operating model to clearly indicate roles and responsibilities between Global Data and Analytics COE, Global Supply Chain Solutions, and Customer Engagement CoE.
  • Mediate issues and resolve conflicts related to tasks, projects, or schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related technical experience or High School Diploma with 6+ years of specific experience.
  • 4+ years of implementation experience with BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI/Power Platform, Snowflake, or similar.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
