Technical Account Manager

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team at Targeted Talent as Customer Success Engineers. This is a remote position, with a company based in Vancouver, but we are a global organization with a rapidly growing software development company.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, utilizing your analytical skills to translate quantitative and qualitative customer data into action plans. Your technical expertise will be essential in onboarding customers and participating in pre-sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Participate in pre-sales meetings to demonstrate product value and build relationships with potential customers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success management, consulting, or project delivery for a global B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software business.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for translating quantitative and qualitative customer data into action plans.
- Technical expertise in software applications such as JIRA, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Atlassian.
- Experience onboarding customers and participating in pre-sales meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of directory services and messaging platforms.
