Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering office supplies.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects, including setting up meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our office and team members, including maintaining basic security clearance and adhering to company policies.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail, multitasking, and excellent communication skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
