Job Title: Regional Manager of Resident Care and Guest Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager of Resident Care and Guest Services to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support to our community care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care planning and service delivery strategies to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to community care managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Manager, Memory Care Managers, General Managers, and Senior Operations team to advance the clinical direction and program implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical performance trends and indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and provincial standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including provincial ministry of health, public health, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the College of Nurses in Ontario.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the seniors housing, retirement, or healthcare industry.
  • Extensive working experience with EHR-PCC Point Click Care and eMAR.
  • Knowledge of the provincial and local healthcare system.
  • Expertise in implementing a community-based model of care strategy and achieving results for residents and caregivers.
