About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager, Programmatic Media to join our dynamic team in Montreal. As a key member of our in-house programmatic trading team, you will be responsible for elevating our programmatic media programs for top clients to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead in the execution and strategic oversight of digital media campaigns across various DSPs with an emphasis on advanced tactics and optimization.
  • Spearhead strategic discussions and provide high-level recommendations that drive campaign success.
  • Mitigate campaign issues with swift resolution, leveraging your deep understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Organize campaign documentation and ensure adherence to process enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Elevate campaign monitoring and optimization efforts, using data modeling and advanced analysis to exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain transparency with stakeholders through comprehensive and insightful reporting.
  • Foster innovation within the team, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution discussions with a focus on continuous improvement.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Must have advanced knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, DV360.
  • Ideally have 3-5 years of agency or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and other critical programmatic tools, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic use.
  • A strong foundation in Marketing or Advertising, with a significant emphasis on digital media.
  • Senior-level experience in demand-side platforms and a history of success in digital campaign management.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical and presentation software (Excel and PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships, both internally and externally, with a commitment to outstanding client service.
