SEAMOR is celebrated for its commitment to delivering robust, dependable, and adaptable technology.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As SEAMOR continues to grow, we are in search of a proactive Business Development Executive to enhance our international presence. This role is crucial for fostering global partnerships and advocating for SEAMOR's pioneering ROV technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders on a global scale.
  • Assess clients' business challenges and needs, crafting tailored value propositions.
  • Engage with prospects through various international communication methods, including calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Effectively present SEAMOR's ROV offerings to potential international clients, clearly articulating their benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to the sales process.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
  • Achieve and surpass defined metrics and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in international business development or sales, ideally within the marine or technology sectors.
  • A resourceful and inquisitive mindset with a strong initiative.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Resilience and the ability to navigate objections effectively.
  • Understanding of international business practices and cultural differences.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and adaptability.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in business dealings.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
