We are currently in search of a skilled Part-Time Reservations Team Leader. In this role, you will be pivotal in engaging with guests via telephone, promoting our accommodations, and accurately processing reservation details. You will also manage group bookings and associated procedures, taking reservations through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a significant volume of guest inquiries over the phone, converting inquiries into bookings through outstanding customer service skills.
  • Foster ongoing business relationships by building rapport with clients and consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to provide guests with precise and timely information regarding room rates, types, and availability.
  • Engage with previous guests and direct clients to create tailored itineraries that cater to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Deliver personalized, high-quality experiences to all guests.
  • Inform customers about their travel options effectively.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Adhere to and uphold all Quality Assurance standards.
