Job Description

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Configuration Management Leader to join our team at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service delivery for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Jio Home Delivery (JHD) Management**: Oversee the JHD operation in JC territory, ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers.
  • **Channel Management**: Manage and supervise various outbound channels to guarantee high service levels for JHD customers.
  • **Agent Recruitment and Training**: Recruit, train, and deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per given targets.
  • **Process Monitoring**: Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge to agents.
  • **Lead Management**: Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on a day-to-day basis.
  • **Master Configuration**: Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform – Agents, Stores, PIN Codes, Products.
  • **Territory Planning**: Plan JC territory to ensure 100% manning coverage.
  • **Promoter Management**: Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery.
  • **Process Improvement**: Propose improvements to ensure augmented customer experience.
  • **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor and gather competition/industry plan, initiatives, policies, and best practices.

  • **Team Management**: Proven experience in managing and supervising direct sales teams of minimum 8-10 people.
  • **Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of products and markets.
  • **Direct Sales Practices**: Strong understanding of direct sales practices.
  • **Recruitment Skills**: Excellent team recruitment skills.
  • **Target Orientation**: Strong target orientation.
