Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, gas, and diesel systems.
- Utilize schematics and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Travel to client locations for on-site repairs as required.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed.
- Assist with the delivery of equipment and parts.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various types of equipment.
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 45 lbs.
