Join Our Team as a Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our base area buildings and outdoor areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete maintenance service requests as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create and complete work orders for every job/task.
  • Maintain inventory controls to optimize cost-effective operations.
  • Perform daily checks, preventative maintenance work orders, and maintenance records.
  • Monitor and maintain all building systems, including pools and hot tubs.
  • Complete grounds work as directed.
  • Alert the maintenance manager of any unusual occurrences, damage, or risks.
