**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our base area buildings and outdoor facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete maintenance service requests as assigned in all base area buildings and outdoor areas.
  • Create and complete work orders for every job/task.
  • Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
  • Complete daily checks, preventative maintenance work orders, and maintenance records.
  • Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned, including pool and hot tubs.
  • Complete grounds work as directed.
  • Be responsible for alerting the maintenance manager of any unusual occurrence, damage, or risk.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
