Job Title: Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Arpac Storage Systems Corporation.

Job Summary

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient movement of supplies and materials between departments. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and plan operational logistics
  • Revised type and quantity of materials required for production, construction, and other projects
  • Track and complete work orders, monitor production progress, and provide customer service
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units, schedule assignments, and oversee payroll administration
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, negotiate price when purchasing or selling, and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Strong computer skills, including Word processing software, Electronic scheduler, Database software, Spreadsheet, and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills
