About the Role:As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the service process. - Monitor work-in-progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status, costs, and completion times
- Identify opportunities for additional services and repairs, and provide recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate records and reports using our computerized equipment maintenance system
