About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the service process. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your technical knowledge of automotive equipment, will enable you to effectively diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of repair orders and paperwork
  • Process customer data and vehicle information with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
  • Monitor work-in-progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Communicate with customers regarding repair status, costs, and completion times
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and repairs, and provide recommendations to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using our computerized equipment maintenance system
