Electrical High Voltage Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for electrical high voltage systems? We're seeking an experienced Electrical High Voltage Project Manager to join our team at BRP.

About the Role

As an Electrical High Voltage Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading all development activities for our high voltage propulsion systems. This includes presentations to our executive committee, preparing budgets for operations and capital expenditures, and setting development schedules.

You will also supervise our engineering and technical design team in new vehicle development, including charger, wiring, functional safety, and high voltage system design.

Additionally, you will work closely with our Design, Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, and Service departments to coordinate all project-related activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, or mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of electric propulsion systems, high voltage, lithium-ion battery, AC/DC charger, ISO, and embedded software
  • Five years of project management experience
  • Recognized certification in project management (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.)
  • Experience in the development and production of systems (charger, cabling, functional safety, and high voltage system)
  • Experience working in matrix environments
  • Bilingual in French and English
