Electrical High Voltage Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an Electrical High Voltage Project Manager to join our team at BRP, a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats.

About the Role

  • Lead all development activities for high voltage propulsion systems, including presentations to the executive committee and budget preparation.
  • Supervise the engineering and technical design team in new vehicle development of charger, wiring, functional safety, and high voltage system.
  • Work closely with the Design, Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, and Service departments to coordinate project-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, or mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge of electric propulsion systems, high voltage, lithium-ion battery, AC/DC charger, ISO, and embedded software.
  • Five years of project management experience.
  • Recognized certification in project management (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is an asset.
  • Experience in the development and production of systems, such as charger, cabling, functional safety, and high voltage system.
  • Experience working in matrix environments.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
