Property Renovation Specialist

We are currently seeking a Property Renovation Specialist to become an integral part of our Residential division. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service within our properties, ensuring they reflect pride of ownership and respect for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of various flooring types, including laminate, linoleum, and occasionally carpet.
  • Conducting minor plumbing repairs and renovations, such as replacing toilets and faucets, and fixing under-cabinet piping.
  • Replacing electrical switches, light fixtures, and outlets.
  • Performing drywall patching and painting of walls and trim.
  • Executing carpentry tasks, including cutting and installing baseboards, hanging doors, and making minor repairs to kitchen cabinets.
  • Managing the loading and unloading of materials, as well as the removal of cabinets.
  • Ensuring a clean work environment by removing debris and maintaining a trash-free area.
  • Carrying out additional tasks related to the upkeep and renovation of properties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in home or building renovations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with strong time management skills.
  • Experience in using renovation tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions while maintaining good physical fitness.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to provide a criminal background check free of relevant convictions.
