Personal Support Assistant

We are seeking a Part Time Personal Attendant to join our team at Willett, a transitional care bed program located in Paris, Ontario. As a Personal Attendant, you will provide non-medical personal support services, life-skills support, and light housekeeping duties for adults in a vulnerable population group to enable them to remain independent in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal support services, life-skills support, and light housekeeping duties for adults with disabilities or seniors.
- Working under the direction of clients and/or their alternate decision maker to provide services in accordance with client services contracts and supervisor's directives.
- High School Diploma.
- Courses relating to personal support services for persons with disabilities or seniors, health & safety, first aid, physical and emotional needs of persons is an asset.
- Experience providing support for persons with disabilities or seniors on a paid or voluntary basis either in a work setting or through personal life experiences is beneficial.
