About the Role

The BIM Coordinator will play a crucial role in the efficient implementation of digital tools that support the design process across the company. This position can be either at a junior or intermediate/advanced level for someone with a passion for BIM, good technical knowledge, and some experience working with BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and Revit families
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain BIM-related documentation
  • Provide training and support to staff on BIM tools and processes
  • Assist in managing the integration of digital elements with various systems
  • Develop and maintain libraries, integrated systems, and ensure technology and standards are up-to-date
Requirements
  • Relevant education in a field such as architecture, technology, or a related degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a BIM-related role or as an architectural technologist involved in some BIM work
  • Excellent research skills and experience with Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and other software applications
  • Ability to produce detailed working drawing packages and documents
  • Interest and passion for new technologies and software systems
  • Capable of working with and producing libraries, templates, standards, and manuals
  • A detailed approach to project management with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong technical skills and a good eye for detail
  • High energy, innovative thinking, and a dynamic approach to design and digital technology
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to work with others and share knowledge in a collaborative way
