Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at DIGI CANADA Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by installing, maintaining, and repairing our products in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site repairs and installations at customer locations
  • Provide end-user training and support as required
  • Perform planned maintenance on warranty and contract equipment
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation of jobs
  • Ensure inventory is accurate and up-to-date
  • Stay current on technical service news and new products
  • Attend training sessions as required
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior experience in field service preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical schematics and electronics
  • Advanced network computer skills
  • Hands-on experience with software, hardware, and peripheral devices
