Job Information

Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is a leading importer and distributor of Asian food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions. We are expanding our Sales Administration Department and seeking a Sales Admin & Account Receivable Coordinator.

Position Summary:

The Sales Admin & Account Receivable Coordinator reports to the National Sales Admin Manager and plays a key role in providing excellent administrative service. The ideal candidate will provide support to accounts receivable and sales administrative duties, coordinate office operations, and work closely with the Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support SA and AR teams to ensure compliance with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
  • Work closely with SA teams to maintain operation consistency across regions
  • Ensure and improve period-end process and inventory count runs properly and timely
  • Coordinate closely with AR teams and SA teams in daily operations
  • Support invoicing and AR-related duties
  • Provide training to sustain SA & AR daily operations

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Reliable, responsible, punctual, confident, resilient, and courageous to do what is right
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with PC (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail with accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English

Assets:

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication. Spoken and literate with Mandarin/Cantonese for foreign communication is an asset
  • Training or working experience with SAGE300, D365, EDI, and Retail Link is a plus
  • Familiarity with ACCPAC and WMS systems would be an asset
  • Possess relevant accounting experience is an asset
