About Us

We are a pioneering venture, FutureSight, dedicated to revolutionizing the business landscape for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Our mission is to empower MSPs with cutting-edge business insights, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive growth. As a pre-seed funded startup, we have already secured multiple customers for our innovative solution. We are seeking a visionary entrepreneur to join our founding team as a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, leading the engineering efforts and shaping the company's strategic trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders to define the technology strategy and drive the execution of our product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain the full stack of our MSP business intelligence solution, including front-end user interfaces, back-end infrastructure, NLP integration, and third-party software interfaces.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product and engineering team as we grow.
  • Support fundraising efforts, including pitching to investors, securing venture capital, and managing investor relations.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Deep understanding of core technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pre-trained Models, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for infrastructure management and deployment.
  • Extensive experience with open-source tools and a strong track record of contributing to open-source projects.
  • Proficiency in using Git for version control and familiarity with DevOps methodologies.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
  • Working experience with relational (e.g., Postgres) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases, as well as familiarity with big data processing.
  • Experience with building and maintaining web portals using basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience in developing highly secure and compliant applications.

Good to Have
  • Experience in the IT managed services industry or corporate IT network operations/service desk (any ticketing system).
  • Knowledge of corporate IT Network Admin best practices and ITIL frameworks.
