Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at the Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and washing walls, windows, and ceilings.
  • Work under the general direction of the Manager, Support Services, to ensure that all areas of the hospital are clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Completion of Grade 12.
  • Building Service Worker Certificate.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
