Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Fresh Tandori Flavor Indian Bistro. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
- Supervision: Lead a team of 1 to 2 people, with the potential to expand to 3-4 people.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in restaurant operations and management.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
