Restaurant Operations Manager
At Heritage Indian Cuisine Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
* Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
* Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and attract new customers.
* Lead and instruct individuals to develop their skills and knowledge.
* Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
* Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and reliability.
