Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, ensuring that they are working together effectively to meet our customer service and sales goals.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and security.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
