Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Cora Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:- Leadership: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
