Restaurant Operations Manager

LORD GAINSBOROUGH RESTAURANT is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of improving restaurant efficiency and productivity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
