As a Quality Assurance Expert at Bell Flight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will work closely with our manufacturing and assembly teams, as well as our business partners, to identify and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret applicable requirements and customer needs to identify quality issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Initiate and implement corrective actions to address quality issues, considering the root cause, material availability, and cost implications.
  • Determine the need for and implement containment actions, such as stock purges and SIRs, in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Communicate quality actions and results to stakeholders.
  • Promote and enforce company quality policies, procedures, and requirements, including the FOD program.
  • Monitor and improve quality performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, support groups, and safety officers.
  • Evaluate and manage the disposition of non-conforming materials in a cost-effective manner, considering production schedules and cost implications.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
