Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

AVS Cleaning Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for cleaning staff.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Criminal record check required.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
