About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at AVS Cleaning Solutions Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with the service.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
