We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at AVS Cleaning Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that all sites are cleaned to the highest standards and that our clients are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work
  • Maintain financial records and assist with administrative tasks
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
