About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at ASC(Midland) Facility Limited Partnership. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
    • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations and procedures.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Implement and maintain effective food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are properly stored and rotated.
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
    • Ensure that all food products are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
