Job Title: Senior Claims Technical Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support in the investigation and resolution of complex claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and assess coverage liability and damages
  • Work with third parties and counsel to drive claims to conclusion
  • Provide training to new hires through job shadowing sessions
  • Manage stressful calls and clearly communicate decisions to claimants, brokers, and legal counsel
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of liability claim handling experience
  • Experience with commercial lines an asset
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders
