CPP Investments is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst, Legal Operations to join our dynamic Legal Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert support to our legal operations initiatives, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of legal metrics and data analytics tools to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Regularly review and update content in our Legal knowledge management SharePoint sites to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support the production of documentation and process maps for internal procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the annual records retention process for the Legal group, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain and update the Legal Tracker and roadmap, providing critical insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of data rooms, working closely with Technology & Operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Support other ad-hoc legal operations projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a legal e-billing platform or legal technology platforms.
- Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, or other data analytics tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to draw insights, analyze metrics, and convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
