Job Title: Business Analyst

Foiclon is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Policy Development: Lead the development and implementation of strategic policies and strategies aimed at adapting to market trends and stakeholder needs.
  • Business Analysis and Legal Collaboration: Lead thorough business analysis to assess requirements through jurisdictional analysis and market trends, working closely with organization staff and Legal Counsel to develop new legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for enhancement, designing and implementing re-engineered processes that align with new policies, promoting cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Internal Engagement and Communication: Engage with various internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure policies are comprehensive, defensible, and aligned with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Performance Measurement and Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of new policies and program initiatives, developing and implementing effective reporting mechanisms to track progress.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new policies across the organization.
  • Strategic Project Management: Manage and ensure accountability for the full life cycle delivery of operational projects, utilizing expertise in project management to track status and identify/manage risks.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or providing business analytic services.
  • Experience in leading policy development and implementation initiatives.
  • 5+ years' experience working with stakeholders/stakeholders' engagement.
