Job Summary

Radiant Placement Services Inc. is seeking a skilled MIG (metal inert gas) welder to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for welding and assembling metal components for various industrial applications.

Responsibilities
  • Perform welding and cutting operations using MIG and other welding processes.
  • Assemble and fabricate metal components, including frames, brackets, and other structural parts.
  • Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, including MIG welders, cutting torches, and other machinery.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and production targets.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Ability to work with heavy loads and operate machinery safely.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
