Job Overview:
The Senior Developer role demands the following Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least -years' experience as a full-stack software engineer (both front-end and back-end) utilizing Python and web technologies/frameworks (including Nuxt/Vue, Nets/React, Typescript, Tailwind).
- A minimum of -years' experience with containerization technologies/platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Google Cloud.
- At least -years' experience in designing, constructing, and maintaining RESTful APIs using API technologies, including Open API, API gateway, JSON Schema.
- A minimum of -years' experience collaborating within an agile team, with at least one year employing scrum methodologies to deliver incremental value to users of a product or digital service.
- Experience in transitioning digital services from legacy systems such as mainframe or client/server to contemporary environments, leveraging techniques/tools like containerization and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in writing automated tests and assisting in the establishment of continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with databases (Postgres, Oracle, etc.) and SQL languages.
- Experience working in a scaled agile environment, detailing the duration and number of teams involved.
- Knowledge of search technologies such as SOLR, Elastic Search, or Google Big Query.
- Experience in creating and delivering training to clients on the skills listed in both mandatory and desirable sections.
- Proficient in producing technical documentation, diagrams, and RFCs.
- Understanding and/or implementation experience with observability practices (logging, traces, metrics).
