Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams and drive innovation in game development.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage diverse engineering teams to deliver high-quality game experiences.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve team health, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and recruit top talent to join our engineering teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in engineering and technology to drive innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading agile engineering teams of 6+ engineers.
  • Experience with mentoring, goal setting, mediation, and career planning.
  • Technical and practical understanding of OOP and C++ to coach engineers in their trade.
  • Experience with development environment tools such as Perforce, Git, and Visual Studio.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment best practices.
