Retail Store Manager

Bistak Groceries Inc. o/a Latter House Glory Foods is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless store operations and maximize sales potential.
- Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business, Wholesale establishment/store
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail
