The Role: Operational Data Analyst
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Business Intelligence team within the Business Technology Services department. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the mining division's operational data needs and contribute to a digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical experts to optimize data usage for mining and milling operations.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and data models to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the advancement of predictive and prescriptive data analytics within our organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or mathematics.
- Three years of proven experience working with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization principles.
- Ability to work independently and effectively meet business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise data warehouses and business reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, SAP products, and predictive analytics techniques.
